By accessing and using ProMasseurs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and ProMasseurs regarding your use of our platform and services.

ProMasseurs is a directory platform that connects clients with licensed male massage therapists for legitimate, professional massage therapy services only.

Our platform facilitates:

• Discovery of licensed massage therapy professionals
• Access to therapist profiles, credentials, and reviews
• Contact information for booking legitimate massage services
• Client review and rating system

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access

ProMasseurs offers time-limited client access and therapist memberships. Depending on the option displayed at checkout, a plan may be purchased as an automatically renewing subscription or as a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

• Client access unlocks the client features described at checkout for the purchased access period.
• Therapist memberships provide the tier benefits described at checkout for the purchased membership period.
• Pay-once plans are charged once, do not renew automatically, and expire at the end of the stated access period.
• Auto-renew plans recur at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled.
• Cancellation of an auto-renew plan stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• The Platform may separately offer credits for individual feature unlocks. Any credit quantity, cost, permitted use, expiration, and refund terms will be disclosed at purchase.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
• Prices may change prospectively, but a pricing change does not alter a charge already completed.

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Any illegal or inappropriate activities
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation
• Attempts to bypass security measures
• Creating fake accounts or profiles
• Collecting user information without consent

While we verify therapist credentials and profiles:

• We do not guarantee the quality of services provided
• Clients are responsible for their own due diligence
• We are not liable for interactions between clients and therapists
• Any disputes should be resolved directly between parties

When submitting reviews or other content:

• Content must be truthful and based on actual experiences
• No defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to moderate and remove content
• You grant us license to use your submitted content

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our platform, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

ProMasseurs acts as a directory platform only. We:

• Do not provide massage therapy services directly
• Are not responsible for interactions between users
• Make no warranties regarding service quality
• Limit our liability to the amount paid for our services

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Paid access or membership benefits may be disabled for violations, subject to applicable law
• Termination does not create a right to a refund except where required by law
• We may delete your account and associated data

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any action arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, unauthorized access, scraping, copying, or misuse of Platform content must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in New York County, New York, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the federal courts located in New York County, New York. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. ProMasseurs may seek immediate injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop unauthorized use of its content, data, systems, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
